  • How long will this take to complete?

    Once a contract is signed, we submit for permits same day. Permit review averages 2 weeks, but varies with each town. As soon as the permit is issued, we begin work right away. Most projects average 9-10 weeks after work begins.

  • When do we make payments and how much?

    We collect a 30% deposit after the contract is signed. The next deposit is 50% and we collect that after rough inspections have passed with the town. The final 20% we collect after a Certificate of Completion or Final Inspections pass.

  • How do we access the schedule?

    We set up a Client Account on CoConstruct with a link sent to your email. This will grant you exclusive access to your project's schedule.

  • Can we use our material that we have in storage?

    We allow all of our clients to use material they already have. There are some limitations but the material we are able to use, we offer a credit towards the overall contract price.

  • Can we use our electrician or framer?

    Absolutely. We allow all of our clients to use a contractor they prefer or have worked with in the past. Keep in mind, Plumbers, HVAC, and Electricians will need to be listed on the permit application.
